Cultivating
a practice of dream sharing in your family is a wonderful way to create a space for listening and communication between one
another that is deep and respectful. Dreams provide pathways toward more creativity and connection with our deeper self,
allowing space to explore and communicate with others. The gifts of dreaming can help bring forth more imagination, creativity,
spirituality, healing, awareness, innovation and learning.
Dreams
have been a source of creative inspiration for artists and invention for scientists. They allow us the space to learn and
practice for our everyday lives. Dreams can bring us healing when we most need it, or a warning about something that may
be headed our way.
In this workshop, we will share dreams together
through drawing, theater, dance, song, poetry and journaling. Learn how to share dreams with your family in a safe supportive
circle of dreamers. Learn the Lightning Dream Work Method as a quick and energetic way of sharing dreams together. Share
your dreams in a way that respects the dreamer and the dream. Come and explore your dreams and learn how share them with
others!
