Our camps focus on fun activities to explore the limitless potentials held within dreams and the imagination.
Active Dreaming provides tools to practice dreaming consciously and acting on our dreams to bring them into the world. We will practice dream journaling, sharing dreams, creating poetry, song, dance and theater....where ever our dreams can take us. We will explore connections with power animals and conscious dream journeys guided by the sound of the drum, as well as fun games and storytelling.

Dream Journaling and Drawing Down the Dream

This week we to learn how to keep a dream journal, share dreams with others in a safe respectful way, and take creative action to honor your dream in forms such as drawing, painting, coloring, collage, pastel or colored pencils and charcoal.

Dream Theater, Song and Dance

Dreams can present us with a glimpse of our creative potential. This week we focus on what our dream maker wants to produce. We will act out our dreams with Dream Theater Improvisation, commit poetry, explore music, creative movement and dance, to help us bring our dreams into the world. 

Four Elements of Dreaming

We will practice the Lightning Method of Dream Sharing. We will explore 4 ways that elements of Earth, Air, Fire, and Water enter into our dreams and we will work creatively with each of these elements to honor our dreams through creating a dream talisman, collage, jewelry making, clay, sand painting, water color. 

Dream Mapping

Our focus on dreams includes mapping the territory of our dreams, discovering where we go in our dreams and creating a map of the places we visit.
